1. Add File (your video file will appear in the middle section)
2. Profile: H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Video (.mp4)
3. Setting... (Advanced Settings panel opens up to the right)
4. Advanced Settings > Advanced tab
5. Metadata > Video Codec > Copy (to keep original video part as is: small file size)
6. Metadata > Audio Codec > 200% or more (to increase volume)
7. Destination: C:\My Documents\Desktop (or any other)
8. Click round blue button with gray right arrow in it!
