"The last days of action of total opposition, that's a typical informational coup d'état. It's about invoking impressions and emotions using friendly media. And therefore it would be beneficial, if the unfriendly media, which could disavow such a campaign or informational coup attempt, did not have access to those people, to whom some information needs to be provided. As far as I'm concerned, there's no coincidence here." - argued Brzeski.

"There are opinions that a national sovereignty of information we don't have: whatever there is, is in the hands of Emitel. A national security of information, as you can see, we don't have. In the KGB there was a rule of thumb: one occurrence may be a coincidence, two were already suspicious, three just couldn't be a coincidence." - added the expert.

Dr. Rafał Brzeski referred in this way to the series of access failures and restrictions among others to the public television signal. Moreover, in recent days there has been a failure of the computer system "Źródło (Source)", used by officials, as well as IT system failures of the Polish Press Agency.
