Credits: Dario Cantatore/Getty Images, Ethan Miller/Getty ImagesSomething's rotten in the state of Tennessee. Ashley Judd has accused half-sister Wynonna Judd of placing a tracking device on her car in an effort to spy on her, according to a police report obtained by ABC News.
The report, filed last month by Ashley, states, that a mechanic in Tennessee discovered a wireless GPS tracking device on a Mini Cooper owned by the Come Early Morning actress. She reportedly "believes, the device was placed there by Wynonna".
The documents go on to note, that the GPS device was traced to a private investigator, who was "working for Wynonna Judd". That P.I. then allegedly gave the device to Ashley's older sister, who is said to have given it to her ex-husband, Arch Kelley. (Kelley has denied the accusation, reps for Ashley and Wynonna did not comment.)
The police report claims, there's an ongoing public feud among the Judds and that the device was placed there to track Ashley's movements. The investigation is currently listed as inactive.
Earlier this year country singer Wynonna, 49, opened up to Us Weekly about her sometimes rocky relationship with her actress sister, 45. "I don't agree with anything, she says half the time," she told Us. "We're so different. But I love my sister."
"There were times, when I was at such a valley darkening of the soul and she and [her husband] Dario [Franchitti] were there for me," the singer continued. "And they're both still as close and dear to me. And they both know it."
Ashley, for her part, touched upon her fragile family dynamics in her 2011 memoir, All That Is Bitter and Sweet. She said, she struggled with depression and loneliness throughout her adolescence, as her mom and sister toured together as musicians. She also revealed, she'd been the victim of incest and abuse.
