In a cowardly act of intimidation U.S. forces have moved in on a local cattle rancher in Nevada.

Shepard AmbellasBunkerville, Nevada – A land dispute between local rancher Cliven Bundy and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM), dating back to 1993, has been intensifying over the past few days, possibly turning into what some are saying, will be the next Waco.
According to reports, swarms of BLM and other federal agents have descended upon the ranch in recent days, after Bundy’s livestock were declared “trespass cattle” by a court order. However, infuriated family members and proponents of the Bundy Ranch, including members of the militia, are not taking the BLM’s occupation of the ranch lightly and have even warded off the federal agents in at least one circumstance.
However, it’s also important to point out, just how far overboard the BLM has taken this matter. A recent and well written article titled Feds ‘killing cattle’ in war with rancher (WND.com), truly characterizes the government’s actions and intentions. An excerpt from WND reads:
While media has reported the cattle seizures, Ammon Bundy says, the impression, people have, is that the cattle are just being re-located. But, he says, authorities are going far beyond that and are taking actions resulting in the death of many of Cliven’s cattle.
“They are flying helicopters over the herd to chase them,” Ammon said. “It was over 90 degrees here today and the cattle can’t run very far in this heat, before collapsing. This is especially true for the young calves. We have a lot of them being born, because it is springtime and they don’t have the strength to keep up with their mothers, when they are running. The cattle then become overheated and die.”
Since 1998 the Gold Butte area has been off-limits to cattle grazing, because it has been designated home of the protected desert tortoise. Despite that, ranchers have been continuously using the land. BLM officials say, they are tired of local citizens ignoring their regulations and they believe, they have exhausted all other options.
While some see this (as) a giant pissing match, it stands to reason, that the behavior and actions of the federal government are not warranted.
In fact, a recent video, posted by GMN Telemedia (Guerilla Media Network, Pete Santilli Show) on YouTube, tells it all. In the video the much mocked “First Amendment Area”, which was pre- set up by law enforcement for the protestors, nearly turned into a war zone, as agents threatened to taze American citizens speaking their minds.
Astonishingly, during the chaos Wednesday, a 57-year-old mother of 11, was thrown to the ground by agents, while filming with her cell phone. An ambulance was later called for the woman, who appeared to have minor injuries.
Ryan Bundy, a family member, stated in a recent radio interview, how “law enforcement is not present here” [at the First Amendment area], pointing out, that local authorities have been unwilling to help the family in any way. “We are going to have to establish our own law enforcement”, Ryan Bundy said.
WHDT9, with Pete Santilli on scene, reported on the property rights issue gone wrong and the current “martial law” build-up in the area.
Santilli also reported, that “snipers” are in the area. Others, including rancher Cliven Bundy, have reported, how the scene looks like something out of the movie “Red Dawn”.
“We can see, what’s happening around here, that we don’t have freedom around here”, said Cliven Bundy in a press conference, going on to point out, how “snipers are on the hill, so we don’t make any move against them”.

Let see now....Wall street banker have stolen billions of dollars from the American people. How many have been arrested? Zero...yet you free range cattle on public land and what does the government do? Send snipers, taze and abuse protestors. A Nevada commissioner (collins) sits on his lazy but and suggest that protesters should have funeral plans...He is basically suggesting if you exercise your first amendment right you will be killed. The county sheriff and the governor has done nothing as well.... I live in California and I will be going to bundy ranch in the morning to exercise my first amendment rights...and if need be, this former Marine will be exorcizing his second amendment rights as well.

This will not be another Waco, this will be the spark of the 2nd Revolution. The militia is on the scene, and made it very aware they are ready for the FEDS to come in and try to take this family. Several other militia units are in route as we speak for the fight, if there is one.

This is from the daughter of Cliven Bundy:
“I have had people ask me to explain my dad’s stance on this BLM fight. Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it s in a nut shell. My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars. The rights to the land use are called preemptive rights. Some where down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the Bureau of Land Management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repairs and improvements of the ranches. My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve. Instead they began using these monies against the ranchers. They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with they’re own grazing fees. When they offered to buy my dad out for a penance he said no thanks and then fired them because they weren’t doing their job. He quit paying the BLM and tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down. So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes. In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business. Well when buying him out didn’t work, they used the endangered species card. You’ve already heard about the desert tortoise. Well that didn’t work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years. Now they’re desperate. It’s come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff. Everything their doing at this point is illegal and totally against the Constitution of the United States of America. Then there’s the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen. See even if dad hasn’t paid them, those cattle belong to him, regardless of where they are they are my father’s property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even existed. Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad’s signature on it. They think they can take them over two borders, which is illegal, ask any trucker. Then they plan to take them to the Richfield Auction and sell them. All this with our tax money. They have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars. See how slick they are? Well, this is it in a nut shell. Thanks”

The government doesn't seem to mind the trespassing of the border crossing illegals running over private ranchers lands rendering them helpless against it by refusing to enforce the border laws when called. They don't set up there to stop that but they are upset over a tortoise which is probably doing just fine regardless of cattle. We now have government against the people.

"Whenever there is in any country, uncultivated lands and unemployed poor, it is clear that the laws of property have been so far extended as to violate natural right. The earth is given as a common stock for man to labour and live on." - Thomas Jefferson
"From the nature and purpose of civil institutions, all the lands within the limits which any particular society has circumscribed around itself are assumed by that society, and subject to their allotment only. This may be done by themselves, assembled collectively, or by their legislature, to whom they may have delegated sovereign authority; and if they are alloted in neither of these ways, each individual of the society may appropriate to himself such lands as he finds vacant, and occupancy will give him title." - Thomas Jefferson

All of this makes my blood boil. Bundy's, you have my prayers. The fascist bastards who have taken over our government are setting up another Waco here. I wish I could go there but my deteriorating body just won't do the things necessary to shoot these scum. I hate to see such as this in a country I bled for. It is headed for civil war because people will not submit to tyranny indefinitely. These are the real terrorists: the pigs with the guns and the scum they work for.
